As a part of the awareness program for
the Institute’s staff, today’s session discussed Clause 7 of ISO 9001: 2015
standard. Clause 7 is about providing the required support for the operation
and the quality management system of the organization. Through the session the
attendants learned about the different requirement of the support including
human resources, environment, infrastructure, communication and documentation.
